IPnett has acquired all of Imtech NV’s Nordic business operations in the telecom market in the Nordics. The acquisition enables IPnett to accelerate its growth strategy in the carrier and service provider market in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

The purchase includes all assets of the Dutch owned telecom company in the Nordic region, such as employees, inventories and customer contracts, such as Sunet, Telge Energi and Nordunet.
